What We Do

Bill’s Fence & Deck is dedicated to creating quality fences and decks within the Lower Mainland. The main problem with carpentry in the Lower Mainland is moisture. A cheap fence will rot away and fall apart if not built correctly.

Fences are like shoes—the cheap ones wear out a lot faster than the good ones. For a cheap pair of shoes (or fence), you end up paying more money in the long run without enjoying what you have. If you buy a cheap fence, it will be crooked and rotting within a decade.

Our fences are excellent quality and built to last. In fact, we get a lot of our business from passersby who see our fences in their neighbourhoods and want one of their own.

We do all woods, but specialize in durable and attractive cedar fences and decks, as well as structures such as arbours and gazebos. They are both beautiful and durable.

Our fences are made from western red cedar and we use pressure treated posts, which can withstand the abuses of the weather, environment and time. If needed, we will even remove your old fence and dig new post holes before we build your new fence. With all these advantages, you can see how these are products that will last!

We know what we’re doing and we’re proud of our work. You are getting installers and contractors who know what wood does over time and how to compensate for it. We know more than your average fence installers, and it's evident in the long-lasting quality work that we produce. We even return for touch-ups, within reason.

We will do an on-site estimation and make the product to your exact specifications. Our estimators take calls from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. We love doing on-site, quality work!
